- You need 1 lb of Johnsonvlle Sweet Italian Sausage.
- You need of 10-15 Slices thick bacon depending on size of meatloaf.
- It’s 1 of onion diced (optional).
- You need 1 of bell pepper (optional).
- Prepare 1 of jalapeno pepper diced (optional).
- It’s 1 packages of Lipton onion soup mix.
- Prepare 2 of eggs slightly beaten.
- You need 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- It’s 1 of salt to taste.
- Prepare 1 of pepper to taste.
- It’s 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of bbq sauce.

- Combine ground meat and sausage to loosely mix.
- Add preferred amount of onion, bell pepper and jalapeno. May omit onion if using onion soup mix. Loosely mix.
