  8. Prepare 4 tbsp of sweetcorn.
  9. You need 4 of mushrooms, thinly sliced.
  10. Prepare 1/2 of a red bell pepper.
  11. Prepare 1 of finely sliced chilli, sliced spring onion & mint leaf garnish.

  1. Put the stock, chicken / 'tofu', ginger and garlic in a pan.
